	Gentlemen, This letter is to advise you of the extremely positive experience we have had doing business with you and your company. We had spoken to several other companies about replacing our windows and siding our home. Some said such things as "we guarantee the windows for the life of our company", which sounded good until we learned, upon questioning them, that their companies had been in business for under two years. Some guarantee!
	When you visited us, you told us of the many features about your products that others glossed over during their presentations. Your windows were easily the highest quality ones we saw. We can't say enough about the workmanship and attention to detail that went into the replacement of our windows and siding of our home. A fear many homeowners have is that a flat rate job can result in rush work. Not so with your people. They took the time to make sure even the slightest detail was perfect and to our satisfaction! As an example, after they began installing the siding trim, they asked if we were happy with the color. They said if we weren't they would start over with the other trim color, at no extra cost to us. When they replaced our porch, they decided to remove the old brick and mortar one, rather than simply build over it as orginally agreed. This was not part of our original contract, but they felt the result would be aesthetically better, and so the porch was removed, again at no extra cost to us. The windows are solid, well-installed, and easy to operate and clean. The siding job was meticulously done and has prompted many compliments from neighbors and passers-by. Your company made several follow-up calls and visits to insure that we are satisfied in every way and have told us we can call back a year, or ten years later, if we have any questions or concerns. RIHI is a first rate company and we are very happy we chose you for our home improvement needs.
